These Terms of Sale govern any purchases or paid subscriptions made through Alara Blooms. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Alara Blooms offers a free tier with core tracking functionality. No payment is required to use the free tier, and you may use it indefinitely without charge.
Alara Blooms may offer paid subscription plans ("Pro") that unlock additional features including advanced insights, extended history, and priority support. Pricing and features for paid plans will be displayed clearly at the time of purchase.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Billing is processed through secure third-party payment processors. Alara Blooms does not store your payment card information.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us at dellbby4@yahoo.com within 7 days of the charge and we will evaluate your request. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change pricing for paid plans at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. Any required sales tax, VAT, or similar charges will be added at checkout based on your location.
For any billing questions or disputes, contact us at dellbby4@yahoo.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
